What we delete
When you ask, we delete the personal information we hold about you within 30 days. Depending on how you used Ask Webbie, that includes:
- your account, websites, uploaded files, chats and messages;
- free design and contact form requests, and anything we made for you, such as a demo website;
- details and photos imported from your Facebook page or other public pages you gave us.
We may keep a few records the law requires, such as payment records for taxes, and we'll tell you if we do. If you have a live website with us, deleting your data also takes the website down and ends your plan. See our Privacy Policy for more.

We got your request
Your confirmation code is . We've emailed it to you too. We'll delete your information within 30 days and email you when it's done.
You can also email start@askwebbie.com from the address you used with us.
If you connected through Facebook
To remove Ask Webbie from your Facebook account:
- In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites (under Permissions).
- Find Ask Webbie and choose Remove.
- Tick the option to delete what Ask Webbie received, if Facebook offers it, and confirm.
Facebook then sends us your request. You'll get a confirmation code, which you can check on our status page. To make sure we also delete anything we hold under your email address, send the form above too.
